Recently, I stumbled many times for services "operating system" in the browser and will describe my impressions here.
There are different versions of such "cloud" of computers. Overall, it can be separated into two types, open source, which is installed at home, on your own hosting and free (or paid) is always working "systems" offered by other companies.
The best representative of the first group of systems in your web browser eyeOS . Open source app, free system for installation on your own hosting. You can try, but there is little to admire. There is no limit (limit is our hosting) and no behind. Theoretically it is possible to create their own programs with this platform, but I assume that this is quite an experimental option, since the authors failed to make a stable program.
Representative of commercial systems group in the browser will icloud Xcerion company. However, I recommend the English language, as in Polish, even registration is not working 
In this system, we can choose between two packages, or rather the beginning we have no choice. By registering (for registration only requires username, password and niepotwierdzanego email address) you get 3 GB and 3 GB of files for backup. For about $ 40 you can get an additional 100 GB and 100 GB of files for backup, including the 103 GB
